How Anuvia Structures Each Engagement
Every Anuvia service follows a three-stage sequence: a written scope agreed before work begins; the administrative work itself, carried out according to a fixed methodology; and a written output — either an audit sheet, session materials, or an annual handover pack — that the client keeps and uses independently.
The scope statement at the start of each engagement names every activity that falls within scope and every activity that does not. Out-of-scope items are not left vague: each one is directed to the correct authority or type of adviser by a written referral note included in the output.
Quality assurance is applied at two points: a second staff member reviews every audit sheet before it is handed over, and referral notes are checked against the current office directory before each engagement concludes.
Written scope sheet agreed
Before the appointment, visit, or session, the client receives a scope sheet naming covered activities and out-of-scope items.
Administrative work carried out
The audit, session, or review visit proceeds according to a fixed internal methodology. The same sequence applies in every engagement.
Second-staff quality review
A second staff member reviews all written outputs before handover. Referral notes are cross-checked against the current office directory.
Written output handed to client
The audit sheet, session materials, or handover pack is delivered in print and digital form. The client uses it independently.
02 — Service 01
Single Appointment Records Audit
A two-hour appointment covering one household's retirement-related paperwork. The output is a written audit sheet listing every document held: its name, issuing body, date, and storage location. Documents appearing outside a normal sequence are flagged with a note naming the replacement office. The sheet is written so any family member can use it without further assistance.
This service is a record-keeping exercise. It does not include interpretation of entitlements, calculation of amounts, completion or submission of forms, or representation before any office. Out-of-scope items are listed in a separate referral note.

- Written audit sheet: document name, issuing body, date, storage location
- Gap flag for missing documents with replacement office noted
