Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

7. Scope and Service Delivery
Each engagement is governed by a written Scope Sheet agreed before work begins. Anuvia's obligations are limited to the activities described in the Scope Sheet for that engagement.
Activities outside scope are directed to the appropriate authority or type of adviser by a written Referral Note. Anuvia does not act on the client's behalf in dealings with third-party authorities and does not follow up on referrals.
Session materials, audit sheets, and handover packs are delivered in both print and digital form at the conclusion of each engagement unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disclaimers
Anuvia's services are administrative and educational in nature. We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or entitlement interpretation, and our written outputs should not be treated as substitutes for professional advice from a licensed financial adviser, solicitor, or the relevant government authority.
The accuracy of information in audit sheets and referral notes reflects the documents examined and the information available at the time of the appointment. We do not warrant that the referral information provided remains current after the date of the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Anuvia's liability to any client for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on written outputs, including losses arising from dealings with third-party authorities based on a Referral Note.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Anuvia against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services for purposes outside the agreed scope, or inaccurate information you provided to us at the time of booking or during an engagement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an Annual Records Maintenance Programme by giving 30 days written notice. On termination, fees for services delivered up to the termination date remain payable. No refund applies to the portion of the annual fee attributable to services already rendered.
Anuvia may decline or terminate an engagement if a client requests activities outside scope that cannot be redirected, or if the client's conduct during an appointment is disruptive.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt resolution by written correspondence directed to [email protected]. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation through the Mediation Department of the Malaysian Bar Council or another agreed mediator.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Perak Darul Ridzuan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the above process.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Scope Sheet for each engagement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties for that engagement.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
