What Anuvia Handles
Each service is defined by a written scope boundary. Activities outside that boundary are noted in a referral list directing the household to the responsible authority or a qualified adviser.

Is Your Household's Paperwork Audit-Ready?
Book a Single Appointment Records Audit to find out what is held, what is missing, and which office to contact for each item. The session takes two hours and produces a written sheet the whole family can use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Anuvia actually do during an audit appointment? ⌄
A staff member works through the household's retirement-related paperwork with you. Every document is listed on an audit sheet: the document name, the body that issued it, the date it was issued, and where it is stored. Documents appearing outside a normal sequence are flagged with a note naming the office that issues replacements. The audit sheet is written so another family member can use it without needing to ask questions.
Will Anuvia tell me what I am entitled to receive from EPF or SOCSO? ⌄
No. Entitlement interpretation, amount calculations, and questions about eligibility fall outside the scope of all three services. These matters are directed by written referral note to the relevant authority โ EPF, PERKESO, or a licensed financial adviser, depending on the question. Anuvia's role is to ensure that the paperwork supporting such enquiries is correctly held and can be located when needed.
Can Anuvia fill in or submit forms on my behalf? ⌄
Form completion and submission are not part of any Anuvia service. If a household needs help completing official forms, the referral note will name the correct authority or licensed intermediary for that task. Anuvia's work ends at the point of organising the documents that those forms may require.
How long does the Annual Records Maintenance Programme last? ⌄
The programme runs for twelve months from the date of the initial audit appointment. It includes three scheduled review visits, digitisation of documents to a written naming scheme, secure destruction of superseded duplicates, and a maintained correspondence log. At the end of the programme year, a handover pack is prepared for the family member nominated by the household.
Where are the community information sessions held? ⌄
Sessions are delivered on the organising group's own premises within Perak, or by video call for groups that prefer a remote format. The series consists of four ninety-minute talks for groups of up to forty attendees. Printed handouts, a glossary card, and a written summary for the organiser are included.
What documents should I bring to the audit appointment? ⌄
Bring all retirement-related paperwork the household holds: EPF statements, SOCSO notices, pension correspondence from former employers, identification documents, and any official letters about retirement accounts. There is no minimum or required list โ the audit records what is present and notes what is absent.
How is personal data handled during the programme? ⌄
Personal data collected during any Anuvia engagement is used solely for the administrative purpose described in the service scope. It is not shared with third parties except where a referral note directs the household to contact another office โ in which case the household makes that contact directly. Data handling follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
